Nor-Vise Fine Point Conversion ::: Both Hubs, & Cam Jaws Feature

  • Favored by Many Who Tie Mostly Small Flies
The Fine Point Conversion utilizes the same cam lever jaw concept as the In-Line configurations however the jaws are tapered to a "Fine Point" and supported with an adjustable arm at an angle. This allows for better "access" to the hooks for tying "around the bend" as well as facilitates "pinching" materials while securing them to the hook. This design is favored by many who tie mostly small flies, especially when using "scud" hooks. Although alignment of the hook for perfect centerline rotation is more involved than the In-Line configuration this new Fine Point Conversion design features a unique centering pin and adjustable support arm which is significantly better than any other "rotary vise" on the market. The Fine Point Conversion includes a special solid brass front hub, rear hub with "turning arm, height adjustable jaw support arm, alignment system with material holder, as well as tapered stainless steel cam jaws.
